Makai Harbinger / Mauler sets for fem lala

Lets fem lala wear the Makai Harbringer / Mauler sets. Goes over the Makai Harrower's / Manhandler's sets (aside from mask which is the same on both). Has toggles for each gear piece. Know that it will conflict with the mod for Makai Harrower's set for M lala. Technically, Lalafell can wear both sets in glamourer anyway, these are just moreso for people who want a more permanent replacement for their player characters.
