By continuing to use Heliosphere, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms may be updated without notice at any time. It is your responsibility as a user to be apprised of these terms.

All users of Heliosphere and its services must treat other users with respect and dignity.

Users of Heliosphere must be at least 13 years old. Users who upload or enable NSFW or NSFL mods must be at least 18 years of age.

Heliosphere and its affiliates may, at any time and for any reason, remove user accounts from the platform. This includes (but may not always entail) deletion of the account and all associated data.

All users are expected to use the platform as intended. Heliosphere exists for the management and distribution of FFXIV mods.

Users acknowledge that Heliosphere will respond to law enforcement agencies within its legal jurisdiction to the fullest extent required by the law.

A creator is defined as a user that has uploaded mods or created packages on Heliosphere.

Creators must abide by the mod rules when uploading mods. Heliosphere and its affiliates decide if a mod abides by the rules. A mod found to be in violation of the rules may be removed or partially removed.

In addition to the respect and dignity expected to be shown to other users, creators must also show that same respect and dignity to all persons when creating or uploading content to Heliosphere.

Heliosphere and its affiliates may decide to remove any mod, image, file, or text hosted on the platform for any reason at any time.

Creators grant Heliosphere licence to process, host, modify, and distribute mods, files, images, and text in such a manner that enables any or all services that Heliosphere provides.

Heliosphere offers no warranties or guarantees about the suitability, reliability, availability, security, completeness, accuracy, performance, stability, correctness, or functionality of any service or software that Heliosphere provides. All services, software, or subscriptions that Heliosphere provides or maintains are, to the extent allowed by law, provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. Heliosphere disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, express, implied, or statutory.

To the extent allowed by law, Heliosphere in no event will be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Heliosphere will in no event be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities for users who use any of its services, software, or subscriptions.

If, despite these disclaimers, either Heliosphere or the user is still determined to have any liability to the other party, both parties agree that the total liability of either party will be limited to the sum of any subscription fees paid by the user to Heliosphere over the course of the year prior to the claim. If the user has paid no fees and Heliosphere is determined to have a liability to the user, the user agrees that the aggregate liability is limited to fifty United States dollars.

You understand and agree that use of any of service, software, or subscription provided by Heliosphere is not authorised unless you agree to this limitation of liability.
