Winter Deel

As much as I love that skanky fur-lined deel, I wanted to do a more traditional version of a cold-weather Steppe outfit. :) So I made a new one and put it over the Starlight Robe!

It's ONLY for MALE MIDLANDER-BASED BODIES for now- I'll be working on a female update soon, kinda like I did with the original deel mods. :)

Mostly tested it on Au Ra and Midlanders, and there's some scant clipping upon certain emotes and cposes, I'm sorry! I tried to fix it as best as I can.
