Had a tail tag that yeeted arms.

Upscale of the Vana'dielian Aiming and Scouting Vests for TBSE Hunk on both Midlander and Highlander bodies!

Has toggles to remove the armbands, waist bags, neck piece, and undershirt.

I have mitigated the clipping as much as I can, but the shoulders will do shoulder things.

No Base TBSE included on my part this time because someone else already got to them.
