mtf job idles ✶ for tall fems

swaps the /cpose idles on jobs from female to male animations, tested and working on all tall females. does not require IVCS.

notes

• i'm not an expert in animation editing, and this was quick and dirty. if any errors snuck by me, feel free to dm me on bsky.
