You need TBSE (and Echo or X for their specific textures). This refit includes all pieces of the original mod, and IMC toggles for different pieces of the top the bottom. The bottom also comes with flat and bulge options.

This upscale includes 2k textures by default (I resized them). The original 4k textures are included as a separate modpack if you prefer; just enable them on a higher priority in Penumbra. I've also included the necklace of the top and the skirt of the bottom as accessories in a separate modpack.
