BeRibboned Yans

Because I apparently like to put ribbons on my favorite FF creatures I am over the moon about. :) Adds a mildly edited Frontier Ribbon to the Yan and Mini Yan, and also incidentally the M6S mob if you put it in your default Penumbra collection or install with TexTools. Inspired by another mod I unfortunately couldn't get working and was too sad about it to let the idea go. </3

The ribbon color can be changed by editing rows 8A and 8B. :)

* no i don't know why heliosphere's "affects" list adds all those other mobs, neither textools nor penumbra says they're affected and i checked them all to ensure nothing weird happens to them. i think square may have just coded the yan messily, lol.
