[Dragoness] Ascalon of The Heavens - DT Shaders

Replaces the Claymore of The Heavens/Round and Ultimate Claymore of The Heavens with Ascalon along with upgrading it to Dawntrail's metal shaders. The VFX for Claymore of The Round has been adjusted to better fit Ascalon.

Ever since I finished Heavensward I've wanted Ascalon for myself, and while there are mods that does that, only blu's is updated to Dawntrail's UVs. I ended up unintentionally recreating Kira Sadboi's mod and decided instead of just uploading what is basically a copy I went and updated the shaders to Dawntrail's metal shaders.
