[Dragoness] Metian Sollerets - Talons Upscale

Upscales the Metian Sollerets to include Oricalon's Talons. Includes dual dye channels (more sensible ones that actually dye the metal instead of just the leather :l ) and Dawntrail metal shaders.

While it's actually the shin part of the pants they're made into standalone boots so you can easily wear them with other pieces of gear.

This mod requires Talons textures in order to work.
