[Dragoness] Royal Dragon Greatsword

Replaces Neo Kingdom Greatsword.

A vanilla mashup of the Neo Kingdom PLD and RDM swords to create a better proportioned sword for DRK.

Includes dual dye channels. Channel 1 dyes the metal of the hilt and blade, channel 2 the jewels.
