Maritime Set (Neolithe S)

Rough resize of the Maritime top and bottoms to Neolithe S with clearance for libelly using Overdose's resize as a guide. No more added polys though, so it's less smooth than other resizes but it fixes/retains all glove and boot compat and should work just fine!

This does NOT require Neolithe to work, but the Libelly option will break seams with anything not also made for Libelly.

There might be some clipping in extreme poses, but I've tried to alleviate this as best as I could. Thank you for understanding!
