After a hiatus due to health, I wanted to ease back into mashup making gently, so this is just a single-slot mashup and not a full outfit like usual. With Starlight just around the corner, the holiday seemed like the perfect reason to boot up blender and get back to it.
There's multiple toggles to fine tune the look of the dress, and when the holiday season is over, you can toggle off the Starlight-specific decorations to have a nice dress for the rest of the year!
