[HWE] Masc Ryne Hair For Unisex Elezen

I saw this art by drkcat on bluesky and I was like: "Oh! This would be cute as a mashup!" and so here we are. Ty to sillylitleheadspace for the Ryne highlights! They're the same from my m elezen hair port. Also minor thanks to mournblade, because I've always struggled with side ponytails and looking at their weights for Pavo Ocellus helped me figure out what to do. I didn't directly take the weights, but still.
note: customize might be needed to avoid clipping into the body with bigger chests.
