Just a vanilla upscale, but I added a few extra ruffles as a treat. This top is only compatible with short gloves, and even then the bulky ones may clip. The ruffles are taken directly from the 'Theogonic Armlets of Healing'.
Intended for use with Hafrun's 'Salon Server's Skirt' upscale, which can be found here.
No textures were included in this mod, allowing for a comfy 131 KB install.
