Percy — Vanilla Hair Mashup

Hi hi! This is only available for F middie and I have no plans to port it.

Features:

1. A fun little feature where if you equip a hat, it'll automatically swap to a hair down version of the hairstyle.
2. Funky little baubles for you to mess around with!
3. Custom dual-dye for the hair down version.

You're welcome to refit this to other races yourself as long as you credit me (pls I spent a lot of time moving verts around one by one) and also please don't yell at me after you pull it apart and see how messed up the hat compatibility is.
