[Dragoness] Skirtless Fallen's Cuirass

A simple edit to the Fallen's Cuirass that removes the skirt from it. I didn't really enjoy that the armor looked more like an armored robe than armor that a Dark Knight would wear. So after about an hour in Blender I've mended my primary issue with Dawntrail's Dark Knight armor, enjoy!
