moonward's wetsuit tie-front top

this top REQUIRES a bibo+ skin material!

• replaces isle vacationer's tie-front shirt
• has a toggle for the necklace from the non-tie version of the vacationer shirt
• works on all tall fems (EXPECT CLIPPING with c+, especially anything that changes the chest area) (miqote are mostly exempt from this i did the most testing on my cat)
• flat/muse shape only because this was supposed to take 15 minutes but i got carried away, feel free to port but i'm sorry if you do for my shoddy blender work it's the fucking trenches in there
• wetsuit top does not dye, tie-front shirt dyes vanilla
