Flat Smallclothes for SBTL

In case you feel a little awkward trying things on with the default SBTL options

None of the fitting of this was actually done by me, I just wanted something quick so I could comfortably try on clothes for my character.

I made the emperor's and smallclothes options separate in case you for some reason want one of them something else.
