Upscale of the craftsman's apron to TBSE Chonk.

Complete remake from the ground up - improved shaping, and the addition of highlander and glove compatibility!

Another chonk upscale! Once again, this will not be perfect. Please expect clipping at the minimum - I tried my best to patch any holes that might show up, but there's a good chance I missed some.
