Fixed duplicated weights that made the fingernails not move with IVCS correctly in some instances.

A port of the Archmage's Hand Runes to Neolithe hands with YAS! This port requires YAS, it will not work otherwise!

This was a re-UV to NL hands with long fingernails. There may be clipping in extreme poses!
