Update 1.1:
Fixed metadata attributes that won't allow Au Ras to wear it

A simple refit of Red Hot's unique NPC gear to TBSE-X and now wearable to playable Midlander-based races (thanks Alx) and Highlanders! It's also IVCS2 compatible too so yay!
