A large, ornate floating decora with vines, flowers, chains, and gems.

Replaces "Whalaqee Bracelet".

Chains are static and able to be toggled away.
Is colorset and dual dyeable via Glamourer, etc.
Be sure that your equipped Chest and Glove items don't hide bracelets!

The chains, gemstones, and orbs are custom mesh additions.
Mesh was cleaned up in Blender and textured in Substance Painter.
