The title is a reference to all of the hairs involved in the mashup.
The itself quote being a reference to Romeo and Juliet, Juliette being the name of Lyss' hair.
The original quote being: "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet" being a reference to the oc who inspired the hair: Rosette.
Then finally the tagline of the original mod has the last reference to the hair Roo's Lovely Waves.

While this is a hair down variant, I highly recommend Roo's Lovely Waves as an alternative if you want one.
