Port of the Pudgy Puk Balloon from XIV Mobile! I did my best but the four tethers that connect the string to the balloon was giving me troubles, I'm so sorry.

Includes the model, textures, and some hand drawn VFX texture edits! The VFX colours are untouched, any colour is done via diffuse texture.
