Open your system configuration settings, go to the Graphics Settings tab, and scroll down to Texture Detail. Change that from "Normal" to "High" and restart your game. If that doesn't fix your issue, lemme know!

You do NOT need the original for this to work, but I highly recommend you check it out. Replaces the Assassin's Coat.
