YAB Small Buff Anemos Suspenders

Changes in 1.3.0 
Fixed a weights issue causing a gap between the elbow and wrist that I somehow failed to notice despite using the mod myself for the last three months.

Rescale of Anemos/Twinsilk Suspenders to Yet Another Body by Aleks in the Small Buff size only. Requires B+ compatible body. YAS available but not mandatory.

Should be glove compatible. Ping me in YABCord (@monocrowma) with any issues.
