fixed a weight issue with the straps when the hips were scaled narrower or skirt bones wider.

-fitted to and uses muse torso but without skin elements, so bibo unrequired
-fit to flat/muse top, should have muse bottoms clearance
-tried to test scaling and animations as best i could, held up to my testers. extreme scaling may still have some clipping
-(if skirt) if your hips and/or ass is Prodigious you may need some skirt bone adjustments in the c+ but u kno u kno
-glove compat. hides short and medium gloves, shows long gloves
