Mashup of the Cape of Happiness (base shirt), Ala Mhigan Doublet of Crafting (sleeves), Dancer's Casaque (vest), and Mistic Memory Shirt of Scouting (sash). Fitted to base TBSE for most M talls.

Installed on the Cape of Happiness. Channel 1 dyes the vest and sash, channel 2 dyes the shirt. Includes toggles for the vest and the dagger!

Known issues: I did my best with it, but the vest will clip around the shoulders in some animations for both the Midlander and Highlander versions.
