[dentge] Elite Knight set

Port of the iconic Elite Knight set from the Dark Souls series.

Outfit consists of a full set of armour (on the Exarchic fending head/body/arm/legs). It also includes several weapons:

• Astora Straight Sword and Crest Shield (Exarchic PLD weapons)
• Astora Greatsword (Exarchic DRK)
• Claymore (Aetherial Cobalt DRK/PLD weapons)
  The Astora weapons and crest shield are associated with the knights of Astora who wear this set, and the claymore is too iconic to leave out. All weapon textures & models were taken from DS3. For the armour, I included diffuse options from all 3 games. The preview image uses the DS2 textures, which I think look the best.

Notes:

• The outfit was sculpted to Rue M, but there is basically no exposed skin on the model
• Outfit is not dyeable
• Weights on the pauldron may be a little jank (you can manually pose it to some degree as it has pauldron weights)
