A vanilla mashup vest for all Resonecho chest sizes! cleavage with boobs too yay

Original not required, but please check it out!
Used Sunbear's W25 port as a basis.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Clipping very probably with certain C+ scaling/idles/animation/etc. Mesh breaking also just as likely - vanilla and I are not friends, but I wanted to have a nice vest option on Resonecho also! :]
