Tension for TBSE Chonk

Port of mimi's tension to Middie based Chonk! I'll port it to Highlanders soon but wanted to post it before leaving on a trip!

Please let me know if you find any weird clipping or weight issues, don't hesitate to reach out to me on bsky, or through the Chonk discord! Should be pretty good from what I tested though, I tested on all races with 2 different C+ presets and there might be clipping in the shoulders in posing, but looks good in most angles! I'll likely revisit if i find anything bad
