Ketten's Nastrond for M Midlander

I ported Ketten's latest banger to m midlander to spread the love (and use it for my own oc).

This is just a simple refit with some slight tweaks around the ears.

Replaces/affects hair 106 for midlander masc.

Standalone mod; You do not need the original mod for it to work.
