A set of locs with togglable accessories in 9 color options, with 8 highlights styles and two edges options.
For every gender and race!
Miqo'te, Hroth and Viera can toggle the ear hole covers and Miqo'te can toggle vanilla ears.
Hat compatible.
Replaces hair 169, except for Fem Hrothgar who use hair 189 instead.
