[Dragoness] House Fortemps Wedding Ring

-Fully remade the mod from the ground up
-Added Dawntrail Metal Shaders
-Added a dye channel
-Fixed ring positions to fix clipping
-Fixed weights

Replaces both Eternity Rings with House Fortemps rings. Version 2.0 fixes the right ring's position, weights and positions of both rings have been fixed, and Dawntrail metal shaders along with a dye channel has been added to the rings.
