Same Upscale but now removes the chest belt. Navel ring!!!!!

Changes in 1.2.0 
Fixed some weird skin clipping. Should be as perfect as I think I have it. If any issues please don't hesitate to make me aware!

Same thing I did before but now a removes the belt across the chest. I'm new to modding and didn't know how to just add this as an option to my existing mod so here it is seperate sorry for being a noob! The belly button ring I left seperate this time just in case. Once again thanks to Westlaketea for W25!
