Jinx Inspired Tattoos!

Changes in 1.4.0 
Added Ink-like option, fades on darker skin colors

Tattoos [crayons] inspired by Jinx from Arcane (which is different from her League tattoos)
They aren't really 1:1 as I did them from scratch and took some liberties

Works for almost all tall female races (Au'ra are Scaleless)

Works better on lighter skin tones, but updated to look a lot better on darker ones!
