Yet Another Vanilla Upscale Pack (Pants)

* Updates Brutal and Boiis bottoms to YAB4 geometry, adds WC and small butt variants for SC and WC
* Adds Heavy Allagan Cuisses and Midan Breeches of Fending, with SC, WC, and Mini variants, including small butt versions.
