Draw & Sheathe for AST

A simple recolor of the sparkles when drawing AST weapons so now you can match it to your glam.

Includes: No VFX, Red, Orange, Gold, Green, Blue, Violet, Pink, White. Vanilla is included too but toggling off the mod also works fine.
Note: There are no vanilla VFX when sheathing weapons, so those being absent is not a bug. I might try to add them later but we'll see.

Current Version: v.1.0
