[YZ] Darvette

A lil mashup of the Valerian Vedette's Acton, Darbar Jacket of Fending and Darbar Gloves of Striking/Scouting! Fitted to the vanilla body.

has a buncha toggles (woah), theres an underwhelming visual in the previews but to detail it here the toggles are:
—that lil ribbon on the cape
—the shirt (itll hide that left arm shirt bit too and replace it with the same sleeve that the right arm got)
—the lil string thing thats dangling from the waist belt
—the gun belt
—the lil satchels on the back (u cant see them in this preview bc i forgor but its also on the kofi preview or otherwise u can just trust me)
—uhhhh those like. sleeve things? the extra bits on the lower arms
—the tiny armour straps u cant rly see in the preview (theyre like below the shoulder? aboive the boib)
—make the skirt shorter (like kinda to just below the butt)
left char has nothing toggled off and is using the longer skirt, right one has shirt, gun belt and arm things off and is using the shorter skirt

the thing has skirt weights and proper attributes for gloves (and an option to make medium gloves not hide the lower arm part if u want that)
its got some clippy & weight problems (sorry roes there is this one weird bit on the gun belt for u and idk why or what and how tf to fix it) but we all got some problems so its ok :)
c+ works pretty well but on larger c+ scalings the gun belts likes to clip a lil
