bit of learning and practice with this one.. so much baking.. so much math... please don't ask me to port this to any other race asjkdhakj
also don't look too closely at the pompoms.. I tried to make fur for the first time in my life lol

• replaces: Neo Kingdom Hat of Healing
• WILL CLIP WITH SOME HAIRS.. it's not fit like a traditional ffxiv hat, it floats above the head a bit to allow for some hairs.. but will clip with a lot. especially modded.
• toggle for the medal
• absolutely feel free to port to other races!
• let me know if you find major mod breaking issues. I will not troubleshoot things for you.
