Floral & Ripped Shirt for Non-Op Petite

a tsar outfit chest refit i did for my partner and decided to make public! this edit has been updated for DT using the textools converter, and does not require the original!

i'm planning to put this on other non-op fittings, so keep an eye out for updates!
