Flying Wheelchair

Replaces the Flying Chair mount with the wheelchair model already found in the game files.
Size has been adjusted to match the proportions of the mount in order to avoid clipping. The mount doesn't scale with the player, so the mod offers three options for chair width, choose whichever fits your character the best.
