[Dragoness] House Fortemps Ring Necklace

Replaces the Wayfayer's Necklace with a variation that has a House Fortemps ring on the end of it.

Be it to better show off your connections to Ishgard's noble houses, to still wear it but out of the way in combat, or to remember someone near and dear to you. Enjoy.
