Basic Underwear from Tsar, ported to YAB+.

• Uses YAS+
• Standalone install with textures included.
• Available for all legs (WC/SC/Yanilla) with small butt variants included.
• Affects all variants of the Lady's/Lord's Knickers.
• Includes a toggle for bulge, but note it's not scaleable and may appear wonky with select Customize+ scalers.
• No smooth waist shpx or anything, we die like men.
