velvet starlet - killer bod

a port of ivary spice's velvet starlet dress to tbse killer bod.

!! this mod only affects the top piece, and doesn't have the arm toggles - install the og mod if you want the tights + toggles !!

there's some clipping in the arms in particular poses, and the trim is a little wonky on the neckline, sorry :,,D this is my first port so i'm working it out as i go lol
