Be the Moon Princess you always wanted to be. That or Just look fancy in a new shiny dress, that too. Model inspired by Sailor Moon, on both lalafell and tall females.

You can select what color the circles/metal bits are between gold, silver, and rose gold.
Dress and shoes are dyable. Nails are Mostly dyable, can be edited through colorset.
You can toggle the moon off on the shoes and toggle the middle lace ribbon on the top off/on.

Tall female is fitted to Mali(Gen3), and Lalafell version is fitted to Otopop. This mod is on the female version of the dress only for lalafell.

Perms:
Do not port the tall version to any bibo+ body type, gen3 is okay.
Do not port the lalafell version to any other body besides otopop derivatives.
You can port this to any male models(why though?)
