A mash-up of the 'Neo-Ishgardian Top of Fending' skirt and the 'Queen of Hourne Bliaud', with additional parts taken from 'Neo-Ishgardian Top of Striking'.

Made from my favorite parts of some of my fav gear, this is peak self-indulgence LOL

For all tall Fems, made on the vanilla body.
