Valentione Attire Dye Fix

So it seems Square Enix forgot a row in all of the Valentione Waistcoats and Dresses, making the stitches on the waistcoat and the cloth around the buttons on the back of the dress not dye properly. I'm sure they'll fix it eventually, but if you're impatient like me, enjoy this mod!

(Note: I made this in 7.0 and forgot to upload it until now. It's still not fixed, so...)
