[Dragoness] Lunar Subterrane VFX Disabler

A very simple and quick mod to disable to stupid vfx that appears around your screen after the first boss of The Lunar Subterrane. Like it's a cool stylistic thing, but it's distracting and makes certain mechanics harder to see for some folk.
