Portal dive

Changes teleport animation to custom diving-into-portal animation. Works for all.

Includes:
♡ Custom teleport animation

• Ear physics for Viera/Bunny
• Ear physics for Elezen/Lalafells
• Ears disabled
  ♡ Animation uses equipped weapon or custom key model (13 color variants)
  ♡ Portal VFX with 3 custom textures and 12 color variants
  ♡ Teleport VFX edits: mist, sparkles, or simple recolor of base game one
  ♡ Custom sound

PLEASE READ:
♡ Every weapon is enabled, but not every weapon looks good with the animation.
Jobs that look meh: Sage (weapon not animated at all), Summoner, Scholar, Astrologian, Dancer.
Scythes are closed for Reaper.
No off-hands used → dual wielders use just main weapon.
Dragoon uses left hand → looks fine but slightly different.
